Notice is hereby given that the Executive Member for Planning & Transport is to be asked to make a key decision on 29 Jul 2021 in respect of the following:

TITLE: Consultation response on the Habitat Regulations Assessment (HRA) and proposed modifications to the submission version of the Warfield Neighbourhood Plan

PURPOSE OF DECISION:

To agree the Council’s response to the consultation on the Habitat Regulations Assessment (HRA) and proposed modifications to the submission version of the Warfield Neighbourhood Plan.

FIRST PUBLISHED: 8 June 2021

The Executive Member for Planning & Transport will be considering a report prepared by the Executive Director: Place, Planning & Regeneration.  A copy of the report and any other documents will be available for inspection on the Council’s web site or at Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, RG12 1JD (when the offices are open).
